Adams Capital is an international provider of independent business valuation, asset valuation, and financial advisory services serving public companies, privately held businesses and high net worth individuals since 1996.  Our principal business is valuation and financial advisory services for businesses and business interests, including both privately held and publicly traded companies, for purposes including tax reporting, financial reporting, gift and estate planning, merger and acquisition consulting, employee stock ownership plans, and corporate and partnership recapitalizations. Our compensation is not contingent on our findings.

Our professionals have experience with over 3,000 transactions. We possess:

    • Professional accreditations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA)
    • Degrees in finance, economics, engineering, and management
    • Leadership positions in the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Appraisers
    • Over 40 annual hours of valuation continuing education per professional
