Mr. Anderson is a Valuation Manager at Adams Capital, Inc. Mr. Anderson’s experience includes: privately held business valuation, quantification of discounts for lack of marketability, fairness opinions, and FLP valuation. Mr. Anderson combines his Big 4 audit experience and financial reporting valuation experience to enhance engagements related to purchase price allocation, impairment testing, and common stock valuation for stock option expense recognition.
Mr. Anderson’s industry experience includes manufacturing, chemicals, textiles, healthcare, not-for-profit, and real-estate.
Prior to joining Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Anderson was employed as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP. At Ernst & Young, Mr. Anderson worked in the assurance group performing the annual audits of mid-cap companies in various industries. Mr. Anderson has experience working with accountants, transaction groups, and audit committees in the review of opening balance sheet procedures for "fresh start" accounting, purchase accounting, and other types of valuations.
Mr. Anderson also heads up our Audit Advocate program.
